Job Description:
As Business Development Director, your role involves:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Leading and guiding a high-performing team in effective business development initiatives
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for informed decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical); MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in successful business development within Construction and Technical Services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
