Responsibilities:
(-) Develop and execute effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives
(-) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
(-) Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
(-) Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors
(-) Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock replenishment strategies
(-) Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and identify potential challenges and opportunities
(-) Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills

Qualifications:
(!) Minimum Intermediate required
(!) Proven experience in merchandising within the FMCG industry
(!) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
(!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(!) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
(!) Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region as needed
