Requirements:
(-) Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
(-) Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting
(-) Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly
(-) Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
(-) Certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities:
(!) Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
(!) Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including operating systems and software applications
(!) Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform repairs or replacements as necessary
(!) Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
(!) Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
(!) Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and reliability
Working Hours: 8 P/D
Working Days: 5 P/W
