Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
++ Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner <br>
++ Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently <br>
++ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, etc.) <br>
++ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area <br>
++ Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings <br>
++ Provide basic administrative support to various departments <br>
++ Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests <br>
++ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
++ Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred <br>
++ Strong verbal and written communication skills <br>
++ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, etc.) <br>
++ Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed appearance <br>
++ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure <br>
++ Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
