Contracts Manager

A renowned EPC contracting company in KSA trusted within industrial sectors across Middle East region looking for a professional <b>Contracts Manager</b>.

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. <br>
• Provide contractual advice to project managers and stakeholders during project execution. <br>
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal regulations, and company policies. <br>
• Draft contractual correspondence and manage dispute resolution processes on contract summaries, risk assessments, and commercial reports <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> ++ Male 50 years old and below <br> ++ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or in any relevant field <br> ++ At least 15 years relevant experience in contract management in Oil and Gas industry <br> ++ With proven experience handling large-scale EPC or infrastructure contracts <br> ++ Must have strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms <br> <br> <b- Salary:</b> <br> +++AED 18000 to 20000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. <br> +++<b>Additional benefits:</b> joining ticket, yearly vacation ticket allowance, medical insurance and other benefits as per Saudi labor law
