Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
– Provide strategic advice to school leadership on administrative operations and policy implementation <br>
– Guide the development of internal academic and administrative procedures <br>
– Mentor and support principals and vice principals to enhance institutional performance and student outcomes <br>
– Oversee compliance with Ministry of Education directives and accreditation frameworks <br>
– Collaborate with faculty leaders to ensure quality assurance, professional development, and operational efficiency <br>
– Recommend improvements in school governance, communication, and community engagement practices <br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
– Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent pedagogical field) <br>
– Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years serving as a Principal or Vice Principal in public schools, with demonstrable leadership achievements <br>
– Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential—spoken and written
