Warehouse Operations Lead

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage and optimize our e-commerce fulfillment operations. This role will oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment in a high-volume environment.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

++ Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbounding, storage, picking, packing, and shipping <br> ++ Manage shift planning, labor allocation, and productivity to meet dynamic e-commerce demand <br> ++ Ensure high order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and minimal fulfillment delays <br> ++ Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve flow, reduce handling time, and increase throughput <br> ++ Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, cost, and service level performance <br> ++ Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, pick accuracy, cost per order) and implement corrective actions <br> ++ Collaborate with inventory, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless E2E delivery <br> ++ Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

++ 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail <br> ++ Hands-on experience with WMS systems and real-time performance monitoring <br> ++ Proficiency in SQL & Excel. Python, PowerBI is added advantage <br> ++ Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments <br> ++ Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills <br> ++ Excellent leadership and communication abilities <br> <br>
