About the Role

<br> <br> The <b>Accountant</b> will be responsible for managing the association’s financial operations with precision and transparency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic planning through sound financial insights.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with established standards <br>
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements <br>
- Oversee account reconciliations, payroll calculations, and expense tracking <br>
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts <br>
- Monitor cash flow and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient resource allocation <br>
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, legal requirements, and internal controls <br>
- Liaise with external auditors and respond to financial inquiries as needed <br>
- Maintain updated records of receipts, invoices, and financial correspondence <br> <br>
<b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field <br>
- Minimum of <b>2 years of professional experience</b> in accounting <br>
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) <br>
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills <br>
