Financial Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <b>Financial Resources Development Specialist</b> to join our team in Jeddah. This role is pivotal in identifying, strategizing, and implementing initiatives to enhance the organization's financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships, securing funding opportunities, and optimizing resource utilization through data-driven approaches and strategic planning.

• Identify and engage with potential donors, sponsors, and partners to secure financial support for organizational initiatives <br>
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial development strategies aligned with organizational goals <br>
• Draft compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for funding opportunities <br>
• Maintain accurate records of funding sources, commitments, and reporting schedules <br>
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring timely execution and evaluation <br>
• Analyze financial trends and assess the impact of resource development efforts <br>
• Collaborate with internal departments to align financial goals with programmatic needs <br>
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) <br>
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial resource development or a related role <br>
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and relevant financial software <br>
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills <br>
