Requirements

- Maintain and organize company files, documentation, and administrative records <br>
- Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare relevant documents, and coordinate logistics <br>
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and official memos <br>
- Provide clerical support to various departments, assisting with reports, data entry, and filing <br>
- Draft formal letters and respond to internal and external communications <br>
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure that office procedures comply with company policies <br> <br>
<b>- Required Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>
- At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative or office support roles <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) <br>
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities <br>
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus <br>
