The <b>Operations Supervisor</b> will oversee daily call center operations, ensuring service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in managing customer service teams and optimizing workflows. <br> <br>
++ Nationality: <b>Saudi Female</b> <br>
<b>++ Educational Qualification:</b> Diploma or Bachelor's degree <br>
<b>++ Work Schedule:</b> 5 days/week with 2 days off <br>
<b>++ Salary</b>: Competitive and based on experience
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Supervise and support call center agents to meet performance targets <br>
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement <br>
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery <br>
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations <br>
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
<br> <br> <b>- Preferred Experience:</b> <br> - Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or Call Center Manager <br>
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills <br>
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies
