As a Cashier, you will be the face of customer service at our front counter. You’ll ensure smooth transactions while providing a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for guests.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Greet customers and handle orders promptly and professionally <br>
• Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency <br>
• Handle cash, cards, and digital payments in line with company policies <br>
• Provide information on menu items and respond to customer inquiries <br>
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and assist with basic food prep when needed <br>
• Resolve minor complaints and escalate issues appropriately <br> <br>

<b>- Preferred Qualifications:</b> <br>

• High school diploma or equivalent <br>
• Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail <br>
• Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills
