A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts continuously expanding in GCC, headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. <br>
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. <br>
• Coordinate with the waitstaff and management to ensure smooth flow of service. <br>
• Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and promptly, addressing any issues or special needs. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++ 35 years old and below <br> ++ At least 5 years in F&B industry <br> ++ Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service within upscale hospitality environments; exposure to Italian, American, and Pan Asian cuisines (Cantonese/Chinese, Thai/Vietnamese) is a plus. <br> ++ Must have experience with premium/high-end brands in South Africa or Eastern Europe. <br> <br> <b>+ Salary:</b> <br> <b>++KWD 400 to 500</b> per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
