Requirements

<b>Job Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards. <br>
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with brand specifications <br>
  • Monitor and control inventory, review wastage sheets, and manage budgets to meet financial objectives <br>
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++ Male, 40 years old and below <br> ++ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field with 5 years’ F&B experience, including 2 years in management <br> ++ 5+ years' F&B experience, specializing in Italian, American, and Pan-Asian cuisines (Cantonese/Chinese, Thai/Vietnamese) <br> ++ Background in premium brands (South Africa/Eastern Europe, non-hotel) skilled in MS Office, POS, and financial basics <br> <br> <b>+ Salary:</b><br> <b>++ KWD 500 to 700</b> per month inclusive of fixed allowances. <br> <b>++ Key Demographic Requirements:</b> Applicants must be: Based in Arab Countries (GCC)
