This individual will play a critical role in safeguarding asset value, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring alignment between ownership interests and operator performance.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
++ Financial Oversight & Control

Lead detailed reviews and analysis of hotel P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and flag anomalies. <br>

Partner with the internal finance team to validate financial assumptions and challenge forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. <br>

Monitor the financial health of assets and lead initiatives to improve GOP, NOI, and overall profitability. <br> <br> ++ Audit & Compliance

Implement robust audit and internal control procedures across owned hospitality assets. <br>

Oversee periodic operational audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks in coordination with internal audit and finance teams. <br>

Ensure hotel operators are compliant with management agreements, brand standards, and owner objectives. <br> <br> ++ Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with hotel General Managers, regional operator teams, and brand representatives to foster transparency and accountability. <br>

Represent ownership in owner-operator meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. <br>

Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (finance, investments, legal) and external hotel operators. <br> <br> ++ Strategic Asset Management

Drive value creation by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and capital investment optimization. <br>

Contribute to annual business planning, reforecasting, and long term strategic planning for each asset. <br>

Monitor competitive set and market dynamics to proactively advise on pricing, positioning, and performance improvements. <br> <br>

+++ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA qualification preferred. <br>
+++ 10+ years of progressive experience in hospitality asset management, audit, or financial control, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. <br>
+++ Proven experience interacting with hotel operators (preferably across international brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor, etc.). <br>
+++ Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data and challenge assumptions effectively. <br>
+++ Familiarity with owner/operator agreements and financial modeling.
