About the Role

As a Customer Accountant, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate financial records. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer billing inquiries and support the finance team in maintaining up-to-date account information.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate account records <br>
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments <br>
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies <br>
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to billing inquiries <br>
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting <br> <br>

<b>- Preferred Skills:</b> <br>

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles <br>
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy <br>
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills <br>
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
