Security Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and disciplined <b>Security Supervisor</b> to oversee and manage on-site security operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written English, possess strong leadership capabilities, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and operational management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and protocols through vigilant oversight and efficient team coordination. <br><br> <b>++</b>Salary: SAR 10000 to 12000 <br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure compliance with company policies <br>
• Train, monitor, and evaluate the performance of security staff <br>
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks <br>
• Prepare and submit security incident reports and maintain documentation <br>
• Act as the first point of contact in emergency situations and coordinate appropriate responses <br>
• Foster a culture of discipline, reliability, and safety across the security team <br>
• Collaborate with facility management and external agencies when necessary <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role <br>
• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) <br>
• Excellent team management and communication skills <br>
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain confidentiality <br>
• Well versed in organizational and operational procedures
