Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
++ Supervise and mentor the HSE team across various site sections <br>
++ Review and approve method statements and risk assessments <br>
++ Report safety performance metrics and recommend improvements <br>
++ Organize safety campaigns, spot checks, and behavioral audits <br>
++ Address non-conformities with clear escalation protocols <br>
++ Provide daily safety reports to project managers and client representatives

++ NEBOSH Certification <br>
++ Relevant experience in Oil & Gas sector <br>
++ Fluency in <b>Hindi Speaking</b>
