++ Control the flow and closure of work permits <br> ++ Verify pre-task risk assessments and site readiness <br> ++ Coordinate permit issuance with safety teams and operations <br> ++ Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and isolation procedures <br> ++ Maintain a permit log and archive of daily activities <br> ++ Act as point of contact during audits and inspections
