Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Develop and implement <b>integrated marketing plans</b> aligned with brand objectives and market trends <br>
- Create and manage <b>creative content</b> for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns <br>
- Oversee and grow <b>social media accounts</b>, ensuring consistent brand voice and active audience engagement <br>
- Write compelling and original marketing copy that reflects the brand’s identity and resonates with target audiences <br>
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce advertising materials, promotional content, and event campaigns <br>
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies <br>
- Utilize <b>digital marketing tools</b> (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms) to optimize campaign performance <br>
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in <b>Marketing | Public Relations | Media</b> <br>
- <b>1 to 3 years</b> of experience in one or more of the following sectors: <br> <b>++</b> Marketing or advertising agencies <br> <b>++</b> Gift and promotional product industry <br> <b>++</b> Events and activations sector <br>
- Proficiency in <b>English</b> (spoken and written) <br>
- Strong understanding of <b>digital marketing tools and platforms</b> <br>
- Proven ability to craft <b>creative, brand-aligned content</b> across various media <br>
- Experience in <b>social media management</b> and audience engagement strategies <br>
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a creative, deadline-driven environment <br>
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
