About the Role
An established industrial company located in <b>Al Sulay, Riyadh</b> is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <b>Administrative Assistant</b> to support its daily operations and contribute to workflow efficiency across departments.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Provide high-quality administrative support to management and operational teams <br>
- Prepare, format, and deliver engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint <br>
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal communications <br>
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems <br>
- Draft routine correspondence, reports, and documentation <br>
- Support procurement and supply chain teams with clerical tasks when required <br>
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers on scheduling and logistics <br>

Assist in tracking office supplies and handling basic inventory control

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
++ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly <b>PowerPoint</b> <br>
++ Strong attention to detail and time-management skills <br>
++ Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written) <br>
++ Preferred: Previous experience (0–2 years) in administrative roles <br>
