Civil Site Engineers

We are seeking <b>Civil Site Engineers</b> with hands-on experience in <b>telecom tower construction</b>, preferably with exposure to <b>Huawei projects</b>. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, site supervision, and telecom infrastructure, with a minimum of <b>2 years of relevant experience</b>. This role requires a proactive mindset, technical precision, and the ability to manage on-site activities efficiently.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise and execute civil works related to telecom tower erection, including foundations, shelters, fencing, and trenching. <br>
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and Huawei quality benchmarks. <br>
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. <br>
• Review and interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and AutoCAD plans. <br>
• Monitor daily site progress, maintain documentation, and prepare as-built reports. <br>
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. <br>
• Verify material deliveries and ensure alignment with the Bill of Materials (BOM). <br>

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> ++ Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. <br> ++ Minimum <b>2 years of experience</b> in telecom civil site engineering (Huawei experience preferred). <br> ++ Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and AutoCAD layouts. <br> ++ Strong knowledge of telecom tower construction standards and safety protocols. <br> ++ Excellent communication and coordination skills. <br> ++ Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites.
