About the Role
We are seeking an experienced electrical site engineer with a strong background in substation, GIS, and transformer projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing a team of electricians.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Strong knowledge of power system engineering principles and practices <br>
- Experience in designing and analyzing electrical power systems, including substation layout and protection schemes <br>
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools for power system analysis and design <br>
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics <br>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment <br>
- Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously <br>

- Qualifications: BSc Engineer degree in electrical engineering or a related field. <br>
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on substation, GIS, and transformer projects. <br>
- Certifications: Valid electrical license, first aid certification, and any other relevant certifications. <br>
- Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. <br>
- Technical: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including substations, GIS, and transformers. <br> <br>

++++ Substation Experience: Proven experience in substation construction, installation, and commissioning. <br> +++ GIS Experience: Experience with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning. <br> +++ Transformer Experience: Experience with transformer installation, testing, and commissioning.
