About the Role
A well established and reputable Chinese construction company, headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals for key managerial positions on a prestigious international infrastructure project.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to support project profitability and growth. <br>
- Manage contract negotiations, claims, and cost control processes. <br>
- Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, and commercial risk assessments. <br>
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with financial targets and timelines. <br>
- Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management and stakeholders. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering; MBA is a plus. <br>
- Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience in construction or EPC projects. <br>
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, budgeting, and cost forecasting.
