We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused <b>Call Center Specialist</b> to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone and other communication channels. Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally <br>
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate issues when necessary <br>
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and procedures <br>
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution <br>
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards <br>
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive team environment
