<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, in accordance with company recipes and quality standards <br>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and customer space <br>
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines <br>
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients <br>
• Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs to management <br>

• Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

  ++ Minimum <b>High School Diploma</b> or equivalent <br>
  ++ At least <b>1 year of experience</b> in a similar role (preferably in a café or hospitality environment) <br> ++ Strong interpersonal and communication skills <br> ++ Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques <br> ++ Ability to work a 6-day workweek with flexible hours <br> ++ Professional attitude and a team-oriented approach
