About the Role
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our operations in Jubail. This role is critical in ensuring efficient procurement processes, vendor management, cost control, and supply continuity. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of procurement best practices, ERP systems, and supplier negotiation within industrial or commercial sectors.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor selection, bidding, and contract negotiation <br>
- Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations <br>
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated database of vendors and procurement records <br>
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast material requirements and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services <br>
- Conduct market research to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative supply options <br>
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements across all purchasing activities <br>
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular procurement reports to management <br>

Monitor and optimize stock levels and delivery schedules to prevent supply disruptions

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
- Must be a resident of Jubail (required) <br>
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement and supply chain management <br>
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field <br>
- Strong negotiation and communication skills <br>
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite <br>
- Valid driving license <br>
- Immediate availability to join the role
