Data Mining Expert

The role holder is responsible for extracting insights from stc Business' data to identify value from customers. They will expand analytics capabilities, ensure accurate data marts, and prioritize data analysis requests. The role holder will conduct portfolio analytics, use customer data to identify key segments, and drive targeted campaigns for cross-selling and up-selling. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
