Shift Incharge Production

A prominent chemical manufacturing company located in <b>Sarigam near Vapi</b> is looking for an experienced and proactive <b>Shift Incharge – Production</b> to lead day-to-day operations during designated shifts. This role is critical to maintaining product quality, ensuring safety compliance, and managing team performance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise production activities during assigned shifts to meet output, quality, and safety targets <br>
• Manage manpower allocation across production lines to ensure optimal efficiency <br>
• Monitor and control process parameters in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) <br>
• Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to prevent production delays <br>
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines <br>
• Liaise with maintenance and quality teams for preventive and corrective actions <br>
• Maintain detailed records of production outputs, downtime, and shift reports <br>
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to shift operators <br>

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc) <br>
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing environments <br>
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety regulations, and plant operations <br>
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams under pressure <br>
• Familiarity with production planning tools and documentation standards <br>
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle shift responsibilities independently <br>
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
