Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic <b>Social Media Manager</b> to manage and grow our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and engagement strategies that align with our brand goals.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online presence and brand awareness <br>
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) <br>
• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform <br>
• Monitor social media trends and apply them to the company’s channels <br>
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner <br>
• Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and performance <br>
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns and branding <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ++ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field <br> ++ Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management (internship or job) <br> ++ Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools <br> ++ Basic graphic designing skills (Canva or Adobe tools preferred) <br> ++ Excellent communication and writing skills <br> ++ Ability to work independently and as part of a team <br> ++ Must be willing to work onsite at our LDA, Lahore office <br> <br> <b>- What We Offer:</b> <br> +++ Competitive salary: PKR 30000 – 35000/Month <br> +++ A collaborative and professional working environment <br> +++ Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company <br> +++ Exposure to international healthcare and IT markets
