Production Officer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled <b>Production Officer</b> to join our dynamic team in Daman. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing processes, particularly in injection molding or extrusion. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations on the shop floor. <br>
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials. <br>
• Implement production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets. <br>
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols. <br>
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution. <br>
• Prepare daily production reports and assist in inventory management. <br>
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br>
• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering. <br>
• Experience: 1–2 years in a production role within the plastic industry (mandatory). <br>

• Technical Skills: <br>

  • Knowledge of plastic processing techniques (e.g., injection molding, blow molding). <br>
  • Familiarity with production planning and quality assurance practices. <br>
  • Basic understanding of ERP or production tracking systems is a plus.
