IT Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive <b>IT Executive</b> with a strong background in ERP development to join a reputable pharmaceutical firm based in Daman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and enhancing enterprise resource planning systems to support business operations and drive digital process transformation within the organization.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions aligned with business needs. <br>
• Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ERP modules accordingly. <br>
• Provide end-to-end support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. <br>
• Manage system integrations, database queries, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. <br>
• Maintain system documentation, access controls, and ensure data security compliance. <br>
• Train end-users and support the adoption of new features and tools. <br>
• Coordinate with external vendors and in-house IT teams for updates and issue resolution. <br> <br>

<b>- Candidate Profile:</b> <br>

• 6–7 years of proven experience in ERP development and IT system administration. <br>
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. <br>
• In-depth understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). <br>
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. <br>
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT projects simultaneously. <br>
• Willingness to be based in Daman and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
