About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Customer Relations Officer (CRO) + Recruitment Officer</b> to support our operations in Green Town, Lahore. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with both candidates and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in HR practices, recruitment processes, and administrative coordination while also supporting client-facing interactions.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination <br>
- Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and onboarding processes <br>
- Prepare and draft professional emails and internal correspondence <br>
- Handle client queries with a customer-first attitude, ensuring timely and clear communication <br>
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, filing, and follow-ups <br>
- Utilize MS Office tools for data entry, reporting, and presentation preparation

<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br> - Education: <b>Intermediate or Graduation</b> (Bachelor’s degree preferred) <br>
- Minimum <b>1 year of experience</b> in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles <br>
- <b>Proficient in MS Office</b> (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email communication <br>
- Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment platforms is a plus <br>
- Must possess <b>a personal motorcycle</b> for transportation purposes <br>
