About the Role
As a <b>Customer Support Executive – Voice Process</b>, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling voice-based queries with professionalism and clarity. This is a remote opportunity ideally suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Requirements
<b>Work Schedule & Shifts:</b> <br>
<b>- Working Days:</b> 6 Days per Week <br>
<b>- Shift Pattern:</b> Rotational Shifts (9 hours total, including 1-hour break) <br>
<b>- Flexibility Required:</b> Willingness to work across varying shifts, including weekends or evenings

To ensure smooth onboarding and workflow, applicants must have: <br>
- Laptop/Desktop with <b>minimum 7th Generation i5 Processor</b> <br>
- <b>8 GB RAM</b> and <b>Windows 11</b> installed <br>
- <b>USB Headset</b> (for high-quality audio) <br>
