Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, emails, and live chat. <br>
- Investigate and resolve issues related to products or services in a timely and courteous manner. <br>
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools or spreadsheets. <br>
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments to escalate complex issues when necessary. <br>
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing prompt and empathetic responses. <br>
- Meet daily performance targets while ensuring quality and professionalism in all communications. <br> <br>
<b>- Candidate Requirements:</b> <br>
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or contact center environment. <br>
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu. <br>
- Proficiency in using email platforms, live chat tools, and MS Office. <br>
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. <br>
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. <br>
- Prior experience in electronics or retail customer service will be an added advantage.
