Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned region. <br>
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. <br>
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region. <br>
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. <br>
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews with your team. <br>
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to deliver a seamless customer experience. <br>
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast regional revenue. <br>
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between regional and national sales teams. <br> <br>

<b>- Key Requirements:</b> <br>

  • Master's degree in Marketing from an accredited institution <br>
  • At least 10–12 years of working experience in FMCG with a proven track record
