Butler Manager

We are looking for Butler Manager for Raffles Hotel in Jeddah. Only qualified persons can contact with us.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. <br>
• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers. <br>
• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications: </b> <br>

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess: <br>

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal &communication skills. <br>
• Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred. <br>
• Must be a strong team player with strong departmental cooperation. <br>
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. <br>
• Fluent in English and Arabic language with a third language as an asset. <br>
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment. <br>
• Must have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong analytical, problem-solving skills. <br>
• Must be able to maintain excellent professional presentation and grooming. <br>
• Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products and Property Management System. <br>
• Luxury five-star experience necessary. <br>
• Must be willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts (according to the needs of the guests). <br>
• Must be able to stand for 90% of their scheduled time. <br> <br>
