About the Role
The purpose of this job family is to deliver advanced technical solutions and customized demonstrations to support the sales process by designing and configuring complex solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Assists in managing pre-sales activities and develop solution specification in alignment with sales teams. <br>
- Assists in managing sales team by creating and delivering pre-sales technical presentations/demonstrations. <br>
- Prepares sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses. <br>
- Analyzes potential markets before new products launch. <br>
- Ensures consistency and customer requirement fulfillment across proposals. <br>
- Collaborates with sales teams to interact with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. <br>
- Collaborates with professional services management department and product management section to feedback on issues with current products/services and provide input around new products. <br>
- Conducts Knowledge sharing sessions to ensure the effective transfer of products and services knowledge throughout presales whenever new products/services are on boarded. <br>
- Assists in conducting required solutions presentation to customers displaying the tested solution, key processes, outcomes and future options for customer’s internal evaluation and comments ensuring alignment of presentation content to client requirement. <br>
- Reviews the prepared a presentation about the products or services with all their values. <br>
- Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
++ Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline <br> <br>
<b>- Years of Experience:</b> <br>
++ Preferred experience of (+3) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
<br> <br> <b>- Preferred Professional Certificates:</b> <br>
++ Certificate in CyberOps / “GSEC” GIAC Security Essentials / Cyber Security Vendor Certification “CCNP, PCNSE, NSE”. <br> <br>
<b>- Job Specific Skills:</b> <br>
++ Intermediate proficiency in business acumen. <br> ++ Advance proficiency in sirar by stc’s products/services. <br> ++ Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process. <br> ++ Intermediate proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers. <br> ++ Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
