<br> <br> As a <b>Service Advisor</b>, you will act as the key liaison between customers and the service department. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring customers receive timely updates and premium support throughout the service lifecycle.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Welcome and assist clients professionally, ensuring a positive service experience <br>
- Understand customer issues and accurately translate them into service requests <br>
- Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and track service progress <br>
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction follow-ups <br>
- Maintain clear documentation of service records and recommendations <br>
- Provide updates to customers regarding service status and solutions offered <br>
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times

<b>- Education:</b> High school diploma or higher <br> - Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in <b>English (spoken and written)</b> <br>

- Days: <b>5 working days per week</b> <br>
<b>- Off Days:</b> 2 rotating days off <br> - Schedule:<b> Shift-based system</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Compensation:</b> <br>
- Monthly Salary: <b>7600 SAR</b> <br>
