<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Prepare high quality beverages including espresso-based drinks and manual brews <br>
• Operate commercial coffee equipment with precision <br>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area <br>
• Engage warmly with customers and provide recommendations based on taste preferences <br>
• Uphold food safety standards and hygiene protocols <br>
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations <br>

• Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management

<b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br>

• Minimum of <b>3 years' experience</b> in a specialty café or professional coffeehouse <br>
• Deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles <br>
• Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail <br>
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills <br>
• Passion for customer service and coffee excellence <br>
• Any educational qualification is acceptable <br>
• English proficiency is a plus
