• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their packaging needs. <br>
• Generate leads through market research and competitor analysis. <br>
• Oversee sales targets, reporting, and team coordination. <br>
• Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized solutions. <br>
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements. <br> <br>

• Graduate from any recognized discipline. <br>
• Minimum <b>3 to 5 years of relevant experience</b> in sales within the <b>paper bag manufacturing sector</b> <br>
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. <br>
• Familiarity with the packaging industry’s pricing, logistics, and vendor management.
