Requirements

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and documentation <br>
- Draft professional memos, reports, and internal/external correspondence <br>
- Manage and organize case files, client records, and office systems efficiently <br>
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court schedules for attorneys <br>
- Maintain a welcoming and polite front-facing demeanor with clients and visitors <br>
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and replenished as needed <br> <br>
<b>- Required Skills & Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) <br>
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) <br>
- Ability to compose clear, structured written communication <br>
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities <br>
- Professional etiquette and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and legal staff <br>
