Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and documentation <br>
  • Draft professional memos, reports, and internal/external correspondence <br>
  • Manage and organize case files, client records, and office systems efficiently <br>
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court schedules for attorneys <br>
  • Maintain a welcoming and polite front-facing demeanor with clients and visitors <br>
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and replenished as needed <br> <br>

<b>- Required Skills & Qualifications:</b> <br>

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) <br>
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) <br>
  • Ability to compose clear, structured written communication <br>
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities <br>
  • Professional etiquette and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and legal staff <br>
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
