Real Estate Sales Specialist

The bank is expanding its real estate sales division and is seeking ambitious and persuasive professionals to join its elite sales team. • Promote and sell the bank’s real estate products and services to existing and potential clients <br>
• Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and developers <br>
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitive offerings and pricing trends <br>
• Guide customers through sales processes and real estate financing options <br>
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets <br>
• Prepare and present proposals, contract terms, and service details to clients <br>
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey <br>

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
