About the Role
<b>AL FATAH ELECTRONICS</b> is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented <b>Customer Support Executive</b> to join our dynamic team at our Lahore Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat. You will act as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless service experience and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy <br>
- Identify and resolve product or service issues in a timely and effective manner <br>
- Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems <br>
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain positive customer relationships <br>

Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and solve complex issues

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
- Minimum: Intermediate | Preferred: Bachelor's degree <br>
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or call centers <br>
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills <br>
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure <br>
- Technological proficiency in handling CRM software and chat tools <br>
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous call center experience
