Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. <br>
- Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms and manage applicant databases. <br>
- Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and refine job descriptions. <br>
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ compatibility. <br>
- Maintain recruitment reports and analytics for process improvement. <br>
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and positive employer branding. <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <b>+ Education:</b> Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management preferred). <br> <b>+ Experience:</b> 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in NGOs, non-profits, or service-oriented sectors. <br>
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. <br>
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, job portals, and MS Office tools. <br>
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
