Project Acceptance Engineer

Parsons Corporation seeks a skilled and detail-oriented <b>Project Acceptance Engineer</b> to ensure infrastructure and civil works meet contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements before formal handover. The role demands sharp technical insight, coordination across project stakeholders, and rigorous evaluation of deliverables based on engineering standards and compliance expectations.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Review completed project sections to ensure they meet client specifications and regulatory standards <br>
• Prepare and manage acceptance documentation, punch lists, and validation reports <br>
• Conduct field inspections alongside contractors, consultants, and client representatives <br>
• Coordinate handover activities and ensure all technical submittals are in order <br>
• Communicate findings to internal teams and advise on corrective actions <br>
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards throughout final phases <br>
• Collaborate with project control teams for schedule alignment and readiness documentation <br>

• Utilize project management tools and reporting systems to maintain accuracy and traceability

<b>- Qualifications & Experience:</b> <br>

• Bachelor’s degree in <b>Civil Engineering</b> or a related discipline <br>
• Minimum <b>6 years of experience</b> in project execution, commissioning, or acceptance roles <br>
• Strong proficiency in <b>English</b> with excellent written and verbal communication skills <br>
• Knowledge of construction documentation, regulatory processes, and final phase project dynamics <br>
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project software is a plus <br>
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and interpret construction drawings <br>

• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills and attention to detail
