Press Man

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented <b>Press Man</b> to join our hospitality team in <b>Kuwait.</b> The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pressing equipment to ensure linens, uniforms, and other fabric items are impeccably pressed, presenting a polished appearance for our guests and staff.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Operate pressing machines and equipment safely and efficiently to press linens, uniforms, and other fabric items. <br>
• Inspect and prepare fabric materials prior to pressing to ensure quality standards are met. <br>
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area and equipment. <br>
• Identify fabric types and use appropriate pressing techniques and temperatures to prevent damage. <br>
• Coordinate with housekeeping and laundry departments to manage pressing schedules and prioritize urgent needs. <br>
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pressing equipment to ensure optimal functionality. <br>
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. <br> <br>

<b>- Requirements:</b> <br>

• Previous experience as a Press Man or in a similar role within the hospitality or laundry industry is preferred. <br>
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality pressing results. <br>
• Familiarity with different fabric types and appropriate pressing methods. <br>
• Ability to operate pressing machinery safely and follow standard operating procedures. <br>
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet pressing deadlines. <br>
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle fabrics and equipment. <br>
• Basic maintenance skills and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting. <br>
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
