We are seeking a dedicated <b>Mechanical Maintenance Executive</b> with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety across plant infrastructure <br> <br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment across the plant <br>
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards specific to the chemical manufacturing environment <br>
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage downtime and enhance equipment reliability <br>
• Lead root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies <br>
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service records <br>
• Supervise and guide junior technicians for optimized workflow and training <br> <br>
