<b>++ Working Days & Timings:</b> Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM <br> <b>++ Experience:</b> 1–2 Years
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. <br>
- Handle client queries, feedback, and expectations professionally. <br>
- Prepare decks, proposals, and documentation. <br>
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. <br>
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and planning. <br>
- Maintain project timelines and ensure quality output. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br>
- 1–2 years of client servicing experience (preferably in an agency). <br>
- Excellent verbal and written communication. <br>
- Good command over Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel. <br>
- Strong presentation and documentation skills. <br>
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented. <br>
- Should be able to think creatively and manage pressure situations.
