About the Role
We are looking for a smart, well-presented female Client Relations & Office Administration Executive to manage front office operations, client walk-ins, team support, and administrative coordination. This role represents the face of DEEJOS Interiors Dubai and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office management while delivering a welcoming experience to visitors.

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Greet walk-in clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. <br>
- Manage office telephone calls, WhatsApp chats, and email enquiries. <br>
- Handle appointment scheduling, discussion room bookings, and meeting coordination. <br>
- Maintain and update office administrative records, documents, and filing. <br>
- Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and day-to-day facility requirements. <br>
- Assist in event coordination, staff meetings, and company presentations. <br>
- Coordinate with suppliers and service vendors for office needs. <br>
- Maintain visitor logs, security checks, and basic HR support duties. <br>
- Support sales and project team with document handling and follow-ups. <br>

Act as the first level of customer relations, ensuring smooth communication flow.
